Buying a new kitchen can be a daunting process, with so many details to decide on, and planning decisions that all need to go just right. We believe that each step of this process should be creative, enjoyable, and as much fun as possible, so with more than 20 years of experience in the kitchen industry our team will ensure that your journey is just that.

Here we have highlighted and summarised some key stages in our process.

1. MEET US

This is where the magic starts… You can either pop into our showroom for a chat, and see our kitchens in person, or we can jump on a call to discuss your needs.

2. DESIGN PROPOSAL

Based on a dialogue about preferences, ideas, needs and possibilities we draw up a cost estimate followed by a detailed design proposal.

3. ORDER

Once the design proposal and quotation are in place, you will receive an order confirmation for your approval.

4. MEASUREMENTS & PRODUCTION

We take measurements on site and prepare working drawings. Production takes place in our Essex workshop – production time varies depending on the degree of complexity.

5. INSTALLATION

We use our own experienced installation professionals.

6. HANDOVER

We review the end result with you. A big and important moment.
